GREENER MAKER TO H.R.H PRINCE ALBERT OXFORD STREET LONDON' and numbered for '1' of a pair, engraved platinum plugs to breech, carved percussion fences and scroll engraving with a central depiction of a retriever's head to rib-end, fully scroll engraved top-tang with central game-scene, colour-hardened border and scroll engraved bar-action locks with oval game-scene to the tail, border and scroll engraved carved and raised central panel mimicking the lock-shape and signed 'GREENER', carved game-scene and scroll engraved hammers, chequered walnut half-stock with iron furniture and gold oval escutcheon to wrist, original ebony ramrod, much period finish throughout
